Once a site is selected, Mitsch Design + Build Partners will confirm the space fits the site selection criteria with 3D scans and an inspection of the location.
We’ll use the 3D scan to layout the space and create a “test fit” floor plan based on the requirements of your business.
Mitsch Design + Build Partners will provide a full set of construction documents and handles all local permitting. Our many years of experience navigating these sometimes-complex processes means your locations can open faster…and less stress for you and your franchisee.
Your brand will benefit from a construction supervisor who knows the (literal) foundation blocks of your business better than anyone, and that means work happens quickly and accurately, wherever your next location is opening.
The interior finishes you’ve set as part of your brand standards are an important part of what makes your brand unique. Of course, as time goes on or markets change, items initially specified can become unavailable or need refreshing. We have licensed interior designers ready to provide recommendations on updates to finishes, furniture, accessories, or artwork to keep your project moving – without missing a beat.
