Designed to Be Different

Mitsch Design provided interior design, FFE and installation services for Ellison Parkview. The team fully embraced Ellison’s mission of providing an extraordinary, elevated lifestyle. “From our first meetings, we were drawn to the idea of creating spaces that were sophisticated, yet welcoming and comfortable,” recalls Hilary Jensen, Senior Dealership Designer. “We wanted residents to step into the amenity spaces and almost feel like they are on vacation at a beautiful hotel, when really, they’re only steps away from home.”

Amenities Galore

Ellison Parkview provides an extraordinary, elevated lifestyle for its residents, as demonstrated by the incredible amenities the property offers. A rooftop Sky Lounge not only is a place for people to gather and entertain, it offers an incredible view of Truist Park (the perfect spot to catch the fireworks after a home game win!) Inside there’s a multisport simulator that lets residents take a turn at golf, soccer, bowling and dodgeball. The bar features folding glass doors to connect with the outdoors when the weather is nice.

Downstairs, a large pool with ample seating boasts two grilling stations, fire pits and first floor access to a club room with old school games, lounge with bar and seats suspended from the ceiling.

Of course, it can’t be fun and games all the time, so Ellison Parkview made sure to include plenty of co-working and private office spaces for its residents; walking stations were included in the design.
